PURPOSE: A tip tronics type gearshift lever for a vehicle is provided to sharply reduce the number of parts, reduce noise, and improve manipulation feeling by simplifying the structure. CONSTITUTION: A tip tronics type gearshift lever for a vehicle comprises a housing(10) forming an automatic mode shaft groove(12), a manual mode shaft(14) to the upper part opposite to the automatic mode shaft groove, a spring-fitting groove to a rear bracket, and a rod guide groove having a connection rod(20) connected with a transmission; a gearshift lever guide member(30) installed at the inner floor of the housing so that the lower end portion moves to the right and left by a mode conversion shaft(32); a double torsion spring(50) with the middle part supported to the spring-fitting groove and the ends installed to a lower side of the gearshift lever guide member; a rod connection bracket(60) forming a manual mode-fitting protrusion(62) for fitting the end of the connection rod in a manual mode; and a gearshift lever member(70) forming a manual mode shaft(72) protruded on an upper side to be disposed at the coaxial line with a roller(34), and forming an automatic mode-fitting protrusion(74) for fitting the end of the connection rod in an automatic mode, and plural fixing-grooves(75) producing detention feeling through rolling contact of the roller. The gearshift lever forms a roller installation groove(37) to install a roller support member(35) combined with the roller, and a roller spring(36) for elastically supporting the roller support member, and forms a working space part(38) to install a manual mode-sensing switch part(40). The gearshift lever member rotates forward and backward by an automatic mode shaft(77) passing through the lower end portion of a combining end(76) and the lower end portion of the gearshift lever guide member.
