The invention concerns a medical device for explantation (1) of a flexible pouch (P) wherein is contained a fluid, which pouch (P) comprises an envelope (E) having an internal surface (F), said device comprising at least perforating means (2C) and means for seizing the pouch (P) for its explantation. The invention is characterized in that said perforating means (2C) enables to drill in said flexible pouch (P) an orifice for passing through the seizing means, which consists of anchoring means (12) acting from inside the pouch (P) on a portion of said internal surface (F) of the envelope, to generate sufficient support for explantation. The invention is applicable to an endoscopic medical device for explantation.
