PURPOSE: A double-sided speaker is provided to efficiently perform speaker and receiver functions using one vibrating plate which is arranged at a frame. CONSTITUTION: A frame(10) has a cylindrical shape of a predetermined height. A magnetic field generating member(40) is installed at an inside of the frame(10) and generates a magnetic flux. A vibrating plate(21) is located at an upper portion of the magnetic field generating member(40). The first predetermined external frequency is applied to a vibrating member(20). The second predetermined external frequency is applied to an auxiliary coil(23). The auxiliary coil(23) is arranged at an inner peripheral surface of the frame(10) and an outer peripheral surface of the vibrating plate(21). A space portion(60) is formed between the inner peripheral surface of the frame(10) and a lower portion of the magnetic generating member(30).
