PURPOSE: A wheel clamp for a shoe with a wheel is provided to make easily done the detachment of the wheel to be coupled at the center of the back heal of the shoe sole and guarantee the convenience and safety of use so that the wheel does not come off. CONSTITUTION: In the wheel clamp(1), a stopper insert groove(8) is formed, an operating insert groove(11) is formed and an operating arm(12) is coupled thereto and fixed by a clamping pin(10), a stopper pin(16) is coupled, a rotator(20) is aligned on top of the middle part of a connecting rod(18) and is fixed by the clamping pin(10) to a bracket(19) projected on a base frame(2) perpendicular to the connecting rod(18), the rotator(20) is coupled to the base frame(2) and pressed by a release button(21) whose one end escapes.
