CENTRIFUGAL BLOWER FOR VACUUM CLEANER

PURPOSE: A centrifugal blower used in a vacuum cleaner is provided to improve suction force of the vacuum cleaner by preventing swirl airflow from being created in air introduced into a guide vane. CONSTITUTION: A centrifugal blower includes a motor(10) having a rotating shaft(8), which is rotated when an electromagnetic field is created between a stator(4) and a rotor(6) and a centrifugal impeller(20) having a hub(14), which is connected to the rotating shaft(8) of the motor(10), and a plurality of blades(16) arranged at an outer peripheral portion of the centrifugal impeller(20). A diffuser(22) is provided at an outer portion of the centrifugal impeller(20) in order to increase pressure of air blown from the centrifugal impeller(20). A guide vane(26) is formed at a lower portion of a partition plate(24) so as to guide air into a motor housing(2). An impeller casing(18) is provided to protect the centrifugal impeller(20) and the diffuser(22).
