A vascular system is produced by adjusting liquid as a nutrient medium to cell culture at a tuned atmosphere; pressing press needles into a culture support membrane layer on a negative mold; performing a preliminary pressing using a positive mold; arresting the press needles in the mold; and pumping the liquid through a circulation pump system connected to the press and flush needles. Production of a vascular system with cell culture being applied to support structures and with a liquid being used to perform a pressing, includes adjusting the liquid used as a nutrient medium to the cell culture at a tuned atmosphere; putting a culture support membrane layer on a negative mold; pressing press needles into the membrane layer; subsequently performing a preliminary pressing using a positive mold; then, applying two negative molds with the corresponding positive mold and removing the positive mold; removing the press needles from one mold; joining both negative molds to one another; arresting the press needles in the mold; removing press core needles located within the press needles; and connecting a circulation pump system to the press and flush needles and pumping the liquid through the pump system. An Independent claim is also included for a device for incubation, in a human body, in which nesting tissue and its supply vessels are arranged, comprising an access unit and a nest unit. The access unit contains an abdominal passage tube. An outer growing-in area and an inner growing-in area are arranged at the passage tube. An abdominal plug fastened by a holding and sealing ring is also arranged at the passage tube. The access unit allows access to a flushing channel and a flushing-in channel. The nest unit contains nest ground vessel(s) with two supply vessels running through an abdominal hose into a nest area. A vessel inlet and outlet opening allows an unpressurized inlet or, correspondingly, outlet of the supply vessels. An egg flushing-in channel (5) leads from the outside to the nest ground vessel.
