The invention relates to an electric power distribution box comprising a system of compacting the integral elements thereof. The invention comprises an electric distribution box which is suitable for use preferably in motor vehicles. Said box comprises means which can be used to: isolate the conductor block housed therein, generally consisting of several printed-circuit boards; and to provide a solid connection between said boards and the box, such that they react together to the stresses produced by the vibrations of the vehicle during operation. In this way, the integral elements of the electric power distribution box are protected from said stresses.
