PURPOSE: An accessory holding device for a vacuum cleaner is provided to separate an accessory from the accessory holding device without bending user's back and prevent the separation of the accessory in using the vacuum cleaner. CONSTITUTION: An accessory holding device for a vacuum cleaner comprises a handle(70) having a seat part(72), a body(80) having a fixing protrusion(81) for fixing the accessory, and a combining part(82) arranged at a side of the body to couple with the seat part. A fixing rib(73) is formed to the seat to prevent slip of the combining part coupled with the seat part. A guide rail is formed to a side of the body to fix the accessory.
