摘要 PURPOSE: A method for coating polymer resin on the surface of metal is provided to improve corrosion and heat resistances and binding property for coating object by coating the metal with a mixture of ceramic powder containing inorganic adhesive and polyethylene resin powder having corrosion resistance by spraying or dipping. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of preparing ceramic powder in such a way that inorganic adhesive is positioned inside the ceramic powder; uniformly mixing the mixture as injecting compressed air into the mixture through air compressor after preparing a mixture by adding 30 to 20 wt.% of the prepared ceramic powder to 70 to 80 wt.% of polyethylene powder; and instantaneously adhering the mixture to the coating object by heating a coating object to a temperature of 800 to 1,000 deg.C, and dipping the heated coating object into the mixture so that all materials composing the mixture are molten by the heat, and the inorganic adhesive is molten as the inorganic adhesive inside the ceramic powder is finally being broken from the ceramic powder at the same time, wherein the inorganic adhesive is positioned inside the ceramic powder by adding the inorganic adhesive to the ceramic powder under the vacuum state so that the ceramic powder is adhered to the surface of the inorganic adhesive as the inorganic adhesive is being dispersed into the ceramic powder as a whole.
