PURPOSE: Provided is a solvent type silicon paper release agent which involves excellent solidity and decreased residual adhesion rate, and excellent air-exposing resistance, thereby being effectively used for the paper releasing. CONSTITUTION: A solvent type silicon paper release agent comprises 100 pts.wt. of silicon vinyl gum(A) expressed by the formula 1, polymethylhydrogen siloxane copolymer(B) expressed by the formula 2, 5-15 wt.% of silicon hydrogen resin(C) expressed by the formula 3:(R3SiO1/2)w(R2SiO2/2)x(R1siO3/2)y(SiO4/2)z, 0.1-1 wt.% of platinum group organic metal-based complex compound(D), and unsaturated hydrocarbon retardant. In the formula 1, R1, R2 and R3 are CH3 or CH=CH2, m is positive integer of 0-10,000, and n is positive integer of 1-100. In the formula 2, R4 is organic radical where one or more hydrogen atoms are substituted or not, (w,z)>0, and (x,y)>=0 provided that w+x+y+z=1, and 0<={(x+y)/2}>=0.4.
