FIELD: television. SUBSTANCE: claim describes subpixels of three color components, red, green and dark blue, which are formed in sequence in common area of pixel on transparent substrate or base. Layer of protective clear material is deposited on individual subpixel and on entire area of pixel after formation of each individual color subpixel but before formation of due subpixel. Protective layers make it possible to protect subpixels from effects to which they are subjected in process of manufacture of subsequent subpixels such as high- temperature hardening, injection of reinforcing additives or curing.
