FIELD: construction machinery. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to facilities intended to smooth surfaces of concrete articles and can find use in production of reinforced concrete articles. Roll smoothing gear has frame, smoothing roll mounted on drive shaft with the help of sliding splined joint and put on frame with the use of rods. Washer with spring resting on butt of smoothing roll is placed on shaft on one side. Another butt of smoothing roll has shaped profiles contacting roller mounted on rod of suspension. Bushing and bearing are in addition put on drive shaft on side of shaped profile of smoothing roll. Bushing is positioned between shaped profile and bearing. Handle is put on bearing. EFFECT: increased quality and intensity of smoothing of concrete surface by provision for uniform wear of rubbing surface of smoothing roll. 2 dwg |
