<p>A poly(vinyl alcohol) based film which dissolves in water at 20 ˚ C within 10 min, as defined in the specification, and exhibits a ratio (α/β) of the storage elastic modulus (α) at 20 ˚ C in a dry atmosphere to the storage elastic modulus (β) at 20 ˚ C in an atmosphere having a RH of 80 %. The poly(vinyl alcohol) based film has excellent solubility in cold water and is reduced in the change of appearance, and further exhibits excellent long-term durability with respect to the solubility in cold water.</p> |
