Dental grinding tool comprises a flat flexible supporting body (2) made from a metallic material partially covered with abrasive material (3) and provided with recesses having the same shape or form and arranged in straight rows as the recesses of a honeycomb structure. The recesses are delimited by uniform narrow bars covered with abrasive material. The width of the bars is less than the diameter of the recesses. Preferred Features: The honeycomb structure is formed on concentric partial regions of a circular supporting body or on segment-like partial regions of the supporting body. Different concentric partial regions are provided with recesses. The supporting body is made from spring steel, titanium or a nickel-titanium alloy. The abrasive material is made from diamond particles, silicon carbide or corundum/aluminum oxide.
