The nonwoven is equipped with a pile layer (7) on one side. The layer is formed out of fibre parts (6) that project vertically to the nonwoven cross section. The fibre parts feature high density, parallelism and even height over the whole of the surface. One or both ends (8) of the parts is/are bound mechanically in the nonwoven cross section. The stitches are undisturbed on both sides of the nonwoven (2,3).
