<p>The writing instrument has a sharpenable pin-shaped formation (1) in which a writing medium (2) is firmly embedded. The formation has at least two segments (1a,1b) extending axially parallel to each other. The formation and/or one or more of the segments is/are exclusively colored with one or more colors. The colors used satisfy health requirements in that a governmental test certificate is available which defines the limit values for permissible intake into the human body. The colors can be also natural and/or identical to natural. Also, they can have an acceptable daily intake value of greater than 4 mg/kg, preferably an unlimited such value. Other alternatives are for them to be food coloring agents or for cosmetic use.</p> |
