The invention relates to a water-soluble dosed portion containing a surfactant, said dosed portion being produced according to a method comprising the following steps: a) at least one cavity is provided, b) a water-soluble polymer thermoplastic material is introduced into the cavity, c) a liquid agent containing a surfactant is fed into the cavity/cavities filled with a thermoplastic material, and d) the dosed portion produced by carrying out steps a) to c) is sealed, the liquid agent containing a surfactant having a contact angle above 8° after being wetted for 30 seconds with the water-soluble polymer thermoplastic material. The invention also relates to the use of such dosed portions for washing, treating and/or cleaning, especially for washing, rinsing, and/or cleaning soft and/or hard surfaces, in addition to the use thereof for cosmetic care, especially for cosmetic hair care or as bath preparations.
