SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes profiling of band, for example Z- or S-shaped section, preliminary deforming by winding on mandrel and final deforming on mandrel at crimping the flanges by rollers. Preliminary deforming is performed by winding on profiled part of mandrel without catching the turns for obtaining flexible hose with reliable movable connection of turns.
