FIELD: medicine, dermatology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to skin diseases and can be used in treatment of acne disease. Method of treatment of acne disease involves application of bandage on the lesion focus wetted with bromine-iodine mother brine from the health resort Ust-Kachka as a medicinal agent with the total mineralization 260-290 g/l at t = 24-25 C, once per a day for 10-15 min and the following exposition of damaged skin site with mother brine.
