PURPOSE: A structure of accumulator of hermetic type compressor is provided to prevent inflow of fluid refrigerant into a compressor. CONSTITUTION: A structure includes an accumulator vessel(40); a connecting pipe(50); a screen(60); and an inlet pipe(70). The connecting pipe is connected with one side of the accumulator vessel for refrigerant having passed an evaporator to flow into the accumulator vessel. The screen is installed in the accumulator vessel to filter refrigerant flowing in through the connecting pipe. The inlet pipe connects the accumulator vessel with a compressor for gaseous refrigerant flowing into the accumulator vessel to be taken into the compressor. Multiple convex-concave portions(44) are formed on a cylindrical body of the accumulator vessel to reinforce strength.
