PURPOSE: Disclosed are a button to radiate far-infrared rays and method for manufacturing thereof to rest body fatigue and to hasten metabolism by blending various far-infrared rays radiative matter powder like ocher, precious stone, germanium, elvan, biostone, hard charcoal. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing button to radiate far-infrared rays comprises blending process(100) to mix again after ripening for 24 hours by mixing far-infrared rays radiative matter, various additive into synthetic resin of button material evenly; forming process(102) to form shape with pattern and single color by inputting material of the blending process into the fixed forming device; plasticizing process(104) to heat and plasticize formed material for constant time at 45deg.C to 110deg.C; detaching process(106) to separate plasticized material from forming device; processing process(108) to milling process by cutting, punching and blocking the separated material with the forming device; grinding process(109) to grind processed button with wet and dry process; washing/drying process(110) to wash and dry grinded button; after-treat process(112) to wax coat and water coat or dye the washed/dried button.
