Fluid of invention contains, wt %: hydrocarbon dispersion medium (diesel fuel) 72.0-74.0, synthetic fatty acid 1.5-2.0, 46% aqueous sodium hydroxide solution 1,20-1.25, oil-soluble atactic polypropylene (solution stabilizer) 2.0-2.5, and barium sulfate (filler) - the balance.
