PURPOSE: Provided is a method for preparing a silicon compound which has excellent acid/alkali resistance, antifoaming maintenance and bubble braking property. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of reacting 30-70 wt% of polyorganosiloxane with a viscosity of 10-50,000 cst, 1-15 wt% of a silane compound selected from vinyl methoxy silane, vinyl ethoxy silane and vinyl halogenated silane, 5-30 wt% of untreated silica selected from dry silica, wet silica and silica aerogel and 0.01-2.0 wt% of an amine-based catalyst, to treat the surface of silica; reacting the obtained one with 5-15 wt% of both or one terminal (H)-polyorganosiloxane and 0.01-0.5 wt% of a platinum catalyst; and adding 0.01-0.05 wt% of a reaction terminator and 20-60 wt% of polyorganosiloxane with a viscosity of 10-50,00 cst to obtain a silicon compound. Preferably the polyorganosiloxane is represented by the formula 1, wherein R is an alkyl group; m is an integer of 0-50; and n is an integer of 1-2,000. |
