<p>The present invention relates to a portable sitting support comprising: a saddle (11); a support (12; 22; 52) for interaction with a supporting surface; and an attachment means (13; 53) arranged to attach the saddle to the support. The saddle comprises a concavely curved sitting surface and the support has the shape of a hollow cylinder. A portion of the circumferential surface of the cylinder facing the supporting surface has an essentially elliptical curvature. Further, the major axis of the ellipse is essentially parallel to the supporting surface, when the sitting support is in an idle position. The attachment means is further preferably arranged to attach the saddle in an extension of the minor axis of the ellipse.</p> |
