FIELD: drilling technique. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to facilities ensuring expansion of hole shaft in specified interval. Hole reamer has pilot bit, stabilizer, body with hollow piston and upper and lower rods, rock-breaking members installed in side grooves of body. Reamer is fitted with relief valve placed inside body and is linked to stabilizer by means of rods. Mobile stabilizer is equipped with rock-breaking members. Lower rod has upper and lower longitudinal relief , side and upper and lower central jet-type water courses. Lower rod is mounted for movement on relief valve.
