FIELD: transport engineering; electric vehicles. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of manufacture of devices for sliding collection of current. Said devices can be used in city electric vehicles, high-speed electric cars, pans of pantographs, etc. Blank of contact slipper is made of graphite mixture by pressing with subsequent heat treatment. Then graphitized blank is impregnated with water or water-alcohol solution of mixture of boric acid and borax in vacuum, dried and placed into autoclave in copper melt. Blank is held in autoclave at pressure of 0.5 - 1.0 MPa. EFFECT: provision of arc- resistant contact slipper featuring increased service life and reduced wear of contact wire. 1 ex |
