Pharmaceutical composition represents a tablet comprising pancreatin-containing core as an active substance, special additives: lactose, calcium stearate, methylcellulose or hydroxypropyl- methylcellulose and an enterosoluble envelope consisting of acetyl- phthalylcellulose, titanium dioxide, Tween-80, acid red dye 2C taken in the definite ratio of components.
