<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging apparatus which has little external load to a Nichrome wire for heat-sealing and is easy to monitor and control a heat- sealed region by a temperature sensor. <P>SOLUTION: The packaging apparatus includes a rear folding plate 71, a front fixing member 72, a rear folding plate moving motor for moving the plate 71 fore and art, and a control section. A Nichrome wire 81 generating heat by electric power is mounted on a part opposite to the rear folding plate 71 of the member 72. The control section controls power supplied to the rear folding plate moving motor and the Nichrome wire 81 to move the plate 71 forward. Then after an article G is moved forward while a film F is folded onto a bottom of the article G by the plate 71, the plate 71 is brought into contact with the front fixing member 72 to heat-seal the film F under the article G by heat input from the Nichrome wire 81. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
