<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal transfer sheet which is not influenced by an illumination light source, excellent in dot sharpness and stability, in which an image receiving sheet can stably and surely receive images of an imaging forming layer of a laser energy transferred film and can be transferred to final paper, details can be expressed and correct paper whiteness can be regenerated, and extremely stable transference releasability is obtained, in particular images having a stable transferred density can be formed on the image receiving sheet without fluctuations in the color tone of recorded images. <P>SOLUTION: The thermal transfer sheet comprises a light-heat conversion layer containing at lest resin and a light-heat conversion material and an image forming layer containing at least resin and pigment, wherein the SP value of the resin contained in the light-heat conversion layer to be calculated by an OKITSU method is not less than 25. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
