DEVELOPING DEVICE, CUSTOM COLOR HOUSING AND TONER IMAGE FORMING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device for more easily and rapidly replacing colors, as for custom color printing.

SOLUTION: The developing device is provided with a developer housing 60, arrays P1to Pnof a dispenser 66 for distributing various color toners to achieve the custom color, and a customer selectable color mixture controller 142 for deciding the appropriate quantity of toner to be added from each of dispenser arrays P1to Pn. The developer housing 60 is replaceable at every printing job, as required, in accordance with the customer selectable color.
