PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal panel with a touch panel for a portable terminal which has superior display quality and is made thin in thickness and light in weight. SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display panel comprises a 1st substrate having an electrode, a 2nd substrate which is arranged opposite the 1st substrate with the electrode surface of the 1st substrate in, nematic liquid crystal which is sandwiched between the 1st and 2nd substrates, and a thin type touch panel of≤1 mm in thickness provided on the 2nd substrate and is provided with a column spacer directly on the 1st and/or 2nd substrate to provide the liquid crystal panel with the touch panel for a portable terminal which has superior display quality and is made thin and lightweight.
