PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar radiation concentration system having an improved condensing ratio. SOLUTION: The solar radiation concentrating device comprises a directive convergence reflecting mirror 10, a driving mechanism for driving the directive convergence reflecting mirror so that a solar radiation S is injected along a predetermined obliquely incident direction defined in a dynamic coordinate system to be moved following the directive convergence reflecting mirror 10, and a guide mechanism for guiding the directive convergence reflecting mirror so that the directive convergence reflecting mirror is moved along a sphere having a predetermined radius with a condensing region as a center by the driving mechanism. The driving mechanism 50 has, for example, a connection member 54 having a hole 54A, a driving rod 52 passing through the hole 54A and a movable pedestal 56 for supporting the driving rod 52. The guide mechanism has, for example, a fixed vertical rod 20 vertically fixed to an installation plane on which the directive convergence reflecting mirror is installed, and a plurality of strings 40 for hanging the directive convergence reflecting mirror 10.
