PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the diameter of a glow hole 901 while retaining a sufficient seal performance between a housing 10 and a sleeve 20. SOLUTION: The sleeve 20, wherein one end is a small diameter section 24 and the other is a large diameter section 24, has a step midway in the axial direction. When the section 25 is entirely housed in the housing 10, or when it does not protrude from the housing 10, the hole 901 is allowed to be smaller in diameter. A practically sufficient seal performance is achieved when the length of a sealing section S is made 2 mm or more. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
