PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solventless polysiloxane-based coating agent hardly suffering from deterioration with time and excellent in application property to a plastic film substrate, and a release film having a release layer excellent in releasability, solvent resistance, prevention of migration to the rear surface and adhesion to a substrate. SOLUTION: The solventless polysiloxane-based coating agent comprises the following compounds (A)-(E) in a specific ratio: (A) a polysiloxane bearing an unsaturated group at a molecular end and having a branched structure; (B) a linear polysiloxane bearing at least two unsaturated groups in one molecule; (C) a hydrogen polysiloxane bearing in one molecule at least two hydrogen atoms directly bonded to a silicon atom; (D) a platinum group metal catalyst; and (E) a specific silane compound.
