PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix and release a pallet cramp means arranged to a cargo support means without depending on an operation of an operator. SOLUTION: In the pallet cramp means, which is supported by the cargo support means capable of moving up and down along a mast for cargo, for fixing a pallet to the support means, the fixing operation of the pallet is performed based on the insertion action to the pallet and the releasing operation of the pallet is performed based on the lowering action of the cargo support means while the pallet is fixed and supported.
