PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for locking a pin, comprising a pair of locking parts formed of a non-elastic member having a protrusion on each outer surface and an elastic body sandwiched between the locking parts, whereby a pin is locked so as not to fall off by the movement of members, by fitting the protrusion into a groove with the elastic force of the elastic body after inserting the device into a through hole. SOLUTION: This pin locking means prevents the pin from falling off when members move in a pin joint structure that joins two or more members using the pin. Specifically, this device includes the elastic body sandwiched between the pair of the locking parts formed into substantially semispherical shapes, and, after the pin locking means is inserted into a pin inserting hole with the locking parts tilted to some extent by the elastic body, the locking parts are extruded again by the elastic body to fit into grooves that is previously machined inside the pin inserting hole, thereby locking the pin.
