PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology capable of simply and inexpensively manufacturing an engine having high speed specifications and an engine having low speed specifications separately. SOLUTION: A swirl guide chamber 4 of a swirl port 2 faces an intake valve port 5, and a swirl resistant body 13 for suppressing the generation of swirl S is protrudedly provided on an internal wall 4b in a start end part of the swirl guide chamber 4. The swirl resistant body 13 is mounted on a swelling part 11 of the internal wall to adjust advance and retraction.
