METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING Fe-Si SOFT MAGNETIC SINTERED MATERIAL WITH HIGH DENSITY AND EXCELLENT MAGNETIC PERMEABILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an Fe-Ni soft magnetic sintered material having high density and excellent magnetic permeability. SOLUTION: Ferrite-coated Fe-Ni soft magnetic powder of coarse particle size (where the surface of Fe-Si soft magnetic powder having an average particle size D1of 30 to 200μm is coated with ferritic layer having spinel structure), the ferrite-coated Fe-Si soft magnetic powder of fine particle size (where the surface of the Fe-Si soft magnetic powder having an average particle size D2of (0.05 to 0.5)D1μm is coated with ferritic layer having spinel structure) and Fe powder having an average particle size of (0.05 to 0.5)D1μm are blended and mixed to form a composition which consists of 5 to 30 vol.% of the ferrite- coated Fe-Si soft magnetic powder of fine particle size, 1 to 10 vol.% of the Fe powder and the balance composed of the ferrite-coated Fe-Si soft magnetic powder of coarse particle size.
