摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an Fe-Ni soft magnetic sintered material having high density and excellent magnetic permeability. SOLUTION: Ferrite-coated Fe-Ni soft magnetic powder of coarse particle size (where the surface of Fe-Si soft magnetic powder having an average particle size D<SB>1</SB>of 30 to 200μm is coated with ferritic layer having spinel structure), the ferrite-coated Fe-Si soft magnetic powder of fine particle size (where the surface of the Fe-Si soft magnetic powder having an average particle size D<SB>2</SB>of (0.05 to 0.5)D<SB>1</SB>μm is coated with ferritic layer having spinel structure) and Fe powder having an average particle size of (0.05 to 0.5)D<SB>1</SB>μm are blended and mixed to form a composition which consists of 5 to 30 vol.% of the ferrite- coated Fe-Si soft magnetic powder of fine particle size, 1 to 10 vol.% of the Fe powder and the balance composed of the ferrite-coated Fe-Si soft magnetic powder of coarse particle size.
