PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case for a disk which is made of paper, is low in cost and is easily manufactured. SOLUTION: First frame papers are connected to both sides of a base bottom plate via a valley folding line and second frame papers are connected to the outside of the first frame papers via a mountain folding line. A cut portion is formed on each of the first frame papers and the second frame papers and when the first frame papers and the second frame papers are folded and laminated on the base bottom plate to form a tray 2 for housing a CD, a concave portion 3 for housing the disk is formed in the central portion of the base bottom plate. The case for the disk is formed by bonding the tray 2 to the bottom surface of the foldable cover portion 1. In this way the frame papers can be laminated on a predetermined position without necessitating the adjustment of the positions and the case for the disk is easily manufactured at a low cost.
