<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinning apparatus capable of suitably regulating the ratio of a turning component to an axial-flow component of a turning air stream with a constricted part without requiring the formation of an excessive space between a nozzle block and a hollow guide shaft body with a second truncated conical part. <P>SOLUTION: This spinning apparatus comprises the hollow guide shaft body 21 composed of at least a first truncated conical part 21b constituting the tip thereof and the second truncated conical part 21c installed connectedly to the first truncated conical part 21b and having the outer peripheral surface extending outward from the outer peripheral surface of the first truncated conical part 21b.
