<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material excellent in strength and a bending property as an Al alloy rolled heat-treated sheet for a coated building material by using a sash scrap containing metallic tool, machine screws as a raw material. <P>SOLUTION: The Al alloy rolled sheet for coated building material which comprises 0.2-0.6 SiO, >0.35% to≤1.0% FeO, 0.2-0.9% MgO and the balance Al with inevitable impurities, and≥95 N/mm<SP>2</SP>proof stress after coat-baking treatment at≤230°C as H2n heat-treated material by using the sash scrap as the raw material, is produced. Further, a method for producing this material is the one, with which after heat-treating a cast ingot having the above compositions produced melted and cast by using the sash scrap as the raw material, a hot-rolling is started at≥400°C, and after hot-rolling, a cold-rolling is applied at 30-70% rolling ratio after heating at 450-630°C in 1-24 hour and further, a finish-annealing is applied at≥230°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
