BURNER LANCE AND REFINING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burner lance capable of preventing degradation of heating efficiency due to instability of combustion flame and of increasing the velocity of a combustion supporting fluid flow, and having high handleability and excellent maintainability.

SOLUTION: This burner lance has a clad tube structure wherein a fuel fluid feeding tube 3 for feeding a fuel fluid is mounted on the circumferential side of a combustion supporting fluid feeding tube 2 for feeding a combustion supporting fluid containing oxygen. The space between the feeding tubes is used as a fuel fluid passage 11. A fuel fluid spouting hole 8 for introducing the fuel fluid into the feed tube 2 is formed in the feeding tube 2. A straight barrel part 9 having a nearly constant inside diameter is formed on the tip side as compared with the spouting hole 8. A slot 10 is formed on the inside surface of the barrel part 9 throughout the circumferential direction thereof.
