<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming method and an image forming apparatus capable of providing a very high-quality electrophotographic image by using a toner whose particle size is made smaller by controlling a form factor and particle size distribution. <P>SOLUTION: This image forming method is characterized in that a latent image formed on a cylindrical electrophotographic photoreceptor whose cylindricity is 5 to 40μm, is developed with a developer using the toner set so that the coefficient of variation of the shape coefficient of toner particle is≤16%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
