<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent non-uniformity in the brightness between two partitioned areas in a liquid crystal display device. <P>SOLUTION: A gate wire including gate lines, first and second gate electrodes and gate pads is formed on an insulating substrate. A gate insulating layer, first and second semiconductor layers and an ohmic contact layer are sequentially formed thereon. A data wire including first and second data lines, data line connecting parts, first and second source electrodes, first and second drain electrodes and data pads is formed on the ohmic contact layer. A protective film is formed on the data wiring and has contact holes respectively exposing the first and the second drain electrodes, and the gate and data pads.
