PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door mounting device that can economize a material cost by reducing the area of a plated part of a handle mounting part of a refrigerator. SOLUTION: This handle mounting device for mounting a bar-like handle 50 gripped by a user when opening/closing a door of the refrigerator, to the front face 40 of the door is provided with a mounting ring member 70 with the plated surface, and a handle base made of a synthetic resin material and having an insertion part insert-fixed inside the mounting ring member, and a fixed part fixed to the front face of the door.
