PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tab label for which the end part of a recovery part 23 is easily picked up at the time of separating the recovery part 23 for receiving a reception mark at the delivery destination of a delivery luggage from a part 22 to be left at the delivery destination, the recovery part 23 is brought back together with a part of a mount 2 and a manufacture cost is reduced, and the manufacturing method. SOLUTION: It is taken notice that the recovery part 23 is easily picked up from the end part (the end part 29 for a knob) of the mount 2 by slightly projecting the end part of the mount 2 from the end part at the recovery part 23 of a label main body 3 and a mount cut line 25 is formed so as to cross a refuse removing part 11. A label cutting line 24 is formed on the label main body 3 to cut off the recovery part 23 from the part 22 to be left at the delivery destination, the mount cutting line 25 is formed so as to separate the mount 2 positioned at the lower layer of the recovery part 23 from the other area, and a part of the mount cutting line 25 is extended to the refuse removing part 11.
