PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the distinct imprinting of data in a data imprinting device for film with a lens. SOLUTION: This data imprinting device has a light condensing element to form illuminating light by converging external light, and the light condensing element has a light condensing plate equipped with a light receiving part whose surface is set as an external light receiving surface, and a light emitting part which projects from the back of the light receiving part, whose edge surface is set as a light emitting surface and whose light emitting surface faces to the surface on the light incident side of a liquid crystal panel, then the light condensing plate is equipped with a strobe light receiving part to receive emitted light by a stroboscopic unit provided in the film with a lens. Thus, the emitted light by strobe light emission performed when exposure is insufficient is condensed as a light source for imprinting data, and a data pattern is always distinctly imprinted.
