PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely fix an upper case and a lower case without using machine screws and to prevent the upper case from moving to the lower case. SOLUTION: A plurality of engaging pawls 8 and 11 are formed on the side wall 6 of the lower case 3 and engaging recessed parts 17 are formed respectively at positions corresponding to the respective engaging pawls 8 and 11 on the side wall 15 of the upper case 2. Formation is performed such that the tip part of the engaging pawls 8a and 11a of at least one of the respective engaging pawls 8 and 11 is abutted on the upper surface of the corresponding engaging recessed parts 17 and the formation is performed such that the tip part of the other respective engaging pawls 8b and 11b is abutted on the lower surface of the corresponding engaging recessed parts 17.
