PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a surface modifier for polyimides, improving adhesion to other materials, hardly closing a ring even under heating, maintaining excellent adhesive properties and leaving no residue of hydroxyl ions and the like corrosive to metals and provide a surface-modifying method for the polyimides by using the surface modifier.
