<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incinerator which has high combustion efficiency and cooling efficiency of an exhaust gas, although having a combustion capacity equal to a conventional one and is downsized as a whole. <P>SOLUTION: This incinerator is provided with: a hopper 1 for putting a combustion object; a primary combustion chamber 2; a primary combustion burner 22 for the primary combustion chamber; a secondary combustion chamber 3 disposed close to the combustion chamber 2 in contact with a partition having high thermal conductivity; a secondary combustion burner 32 for the secondary combustion chamber; a cooling device 4 for a hot exhaust gas from the combustion chamber 3; a cyclone dust collector 5; a sprinkler 62 in a duct 6 for guiding an exhaust gas discharged from the cyclone dust collector downward; and cooling pipes 63 obliquely crossing the duct 6 from the lower side to the upper side. The incinerator comprises: the cooling duct 6 for cooling the exhaust gas; a scrubber exhaust gas treating device 7 installed at the lower end of the duct 6 through a water tank 70; a suction fan 8 installed at the tail-end of the treating device 7; and an exhaust stack 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
